ORDER DISPATCH
THE MONA COLLECTION orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order once your order is shipped. In case of any delays in processing your order, we will intimate you and inform you regarding possible delays.
ORDER TRACKING
Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL and AWB number. You can use the tracking URL to track your order live.
ORDER DELIVERY
For India:
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping within India: THE MONA COLLECTION offers free shipping for all prepaid orders of ₹700 and above. Shipping charges of ₹100 is applicable for all COD orders and for prepaid orders of cart value below ₹700.
